Wednesday: My OBGYN is just under a 10 minute walk from where I live, so wore this loose dress from Acacia (it’s called the Emmett dress in XS/P, if you were wondering) to avoid the heat and make changing super simple.
Paired it with my trusty pair of K. Jacques Epicure sandals to look somewhat pulled together.
Friday: Skin cancer runs in my family and I got a mole that’s been bothering me (my derm had always said it looked normal) taken out last week.
Thankfully it was benign and this evening I went to my appointment for him to check on the stitches. I wore this Kate Moss x Topshop dress for easy access to the stiches.
… and also brought him a bottle of Peruvian Pisco as a thank you gift because he made my appointment at the last minute and had mentioned his love for Peruvian food at our appointment last week.
Tuesday: Went to finally get my stitches out and wore this RVCA x Camille Rowe dress with some Repetto Cendrillons. Had big plans to go grocery shopping after the appointment, but dashed them when my Uber got caught in traffic.
Wednesday: Another appointment, this time with my dermatologist to monitor any suspicious moles. Normally I hate wearing denim cut offs to a doctor’s appointment, but I am so tired of leaving my house, so whatever. The elevators in Panamá seriously take like 15 minutes to arrive — no matter what. Wore my AGOLDE Parker shorts with a Kule long sleeve and some Margaux Demi Flats… tbh, even though it had rained earlier and I was really tired (woke up at 5:30am & couldn’t go back to sleep) it felt like such a nice summer day.
Do you also pre-plan your outfits if you know you’ll have to get changed at doctor appointments? Or even if you’re, like, going shopping and planning to try on clothes?
